Georgia House Republican to Retire, Make It Easier to Pass Obamacare

The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports:
U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal (R-Ga.) said Monday morning he will resign from Congress to “devote my full energies to the campaign for governor.”
