Democrats going the reconciliation route on health care?

According to this report, apparently so. Unless this newer report trumps the earlier one.

Hell, either one, both, or neither of them could be true at this point, after all, the Dems seem to be all the more clueless these days and it’s clear they learned a damned thing from their fiasco in Massachusetts on Tuesday. That this is the case, one need only watch these mind-numbing comments from Obama in his interview with George Stephanopolis yesterday (Obama essentially tells Stephanopolis the voters aren’t mad at his policies - it’s all George Bush’s fault):

Here’s the complete statement of what Obama said which includes his comment referring to the Bush years (missing in above video clips):

“Here’s my assessment of not just of the vote in Massachusetts, but the mood around the country: the same thing that swept Scott Brown into office swept me into office. People are angry, and they’re frustrated, not just because of what’s happened in the last year or two years, but what’s happened over the last eight years,” Obama said.

No, Mr. Obama, the voters are angry about YOUR policies, not George Bush’s!

As Peter Wehner notes over at Commentary: “What a shame; the election in Massachusetts was a wonderful teachable moment for Mr. Obama — and he seems to have drawn all the wrong lessons from it.”
